To be successful in this role, you should be service and sales oriented, be able to think quickly on your feet, be always up to date on product information and promotions, and help achieve sales targets while promoting our products and services.
• Minimum 2+ years experience as a luxury fragrance advisor/promoter
• Proven sales record
• High school diploma
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Working on an objective of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales by identifying customer needs.
• Demonstrating good brand/product knowledge so as to provide clients with quick and efficient service.
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of all fragrance merchandise sold and in stock, and consistently update shortages to relevant personnel.
• Ensuring stands/shelves are fully stocked and arranged as per brand guidelines.
• Being attentive to customer requirements and offer appropriate recommendations that lead to a sale and customer loyalty.
• Creating new relationships with clients, while maintaining and developing good relationships with existing clients.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Staying updated and inform customers about special promotions
• Ensuring all company communication/direction is understood and carried out promptly.
• Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all store-based personnel and team
• Achieving sales goals
• Ability to promote fragrances in a very appealing way
• Ability to quickly understand customer tastes/likes and recommend the right product
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
