HR Coordinator

We are looking for an HR Coordinator who will work alongside the team, providing hands on support, covering general HR administration tasks. You will also be overseeing the on-boarding process as well as implementing company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Facilitating human resources processes
• Administering employee health and welfare plans
• Acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers
• Resolving benefits-related problems
• Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
• Administering health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
• Responsible for screening, hiring and scheduling interviews for new applicants
• Conducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actions
• Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes
• Support the management with basic administrative functions


• Proven experience as an HR or Admin Assistant
• Well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluent in oral and written English (Arabic a plus)
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
